The customers of which we store personal data are the participants of our conference events. When they register for a conference, we store the following data of them: As mandatory data:
Since May 25, 2018 we also store the confirmation / refusal of the customer with respect to storing his data after the end of the conference event. If voluntarily given by the customers, the following non-mandatory data are stored:
Non-mandatory data about dietary constraints are deleted after the conference event.

In cooperation with our Internet provider World4You, we provide technical and administrative measures to protect the stored data against loss, theft and unauthorized use or modification.

please let us know about it. Customer’s rights Our customers all the time have the right to be informed about their current personal data stored at us, and to request for updating them.
